The Italian fair will take place between the 17th and 20th of September
The Brazilian Footwear Industries Association (Abicalçados), through Brazilian Footwear, a program to support exports in the sector maintained in partnership with the Brazilian Export and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil), will bring 76 Brazilian footwear brands to Micam Milano. Considered the main international fair for footwear, the Italian fair will take place between the 17th and 20th of September in Milan.
Abicalçados' Commercial Promotion analyst, Paola Pontin, points out that the number of green-yellow brands is a record in the post-pandemic period. "Micam Milano, one of the largest and most internationalized world fairs for the sector, has increasingly attracted the attention of Brazilian brands. In September last year, there were 60 brands, which generated more than US$ 32 million in business,” says Paola.
Registering more than 1.2 thousand exhibitors every year, half of them international, Micam Milano receives, in its four days, more than 45 thousand buyers from more than 130 countries around the world, most of them from Europe and the Middle East.
