The event will take place from February 14 to 16 in Atlanta.
The Atlanta Shoe Market—one of the fastest-growing footwear trade shows in the United States—will welcome 17 Brazilian brands supported by Brazilian Footwear, an export-promotion program maintained by the Brazilian Footwear Industries Association in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency. The event will take place from February 14 to 16 in Atlanta.
Carla Giordani, from the Business Unit at the Brazilian Footwear Industries Association, notes that despite the challenges, expectations remain positive. “It’s a highly sought-after trade show—of course by US retailers, but it also attracts buyers from Latin America and even from other continents,” she explains.
According to her, at the 2025 edition, Brazilian booths saw strong traffic not only from US buyers, but also from groups from Canada, Costa Rica, France, China, Australia, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, Panama, Puerto Rico and Jamaica.
United States
Hit by the tariff hike, the United States—the main overseas market for Brazilian footwear—imported the equivalent of US$ 211.9 million in 2025, corresponding to shipments of 10.2 million pairs. This represents declines in both revenue (-2%) and volume (-1%) compared to 2024.
Taking part in the US trade show with support from Brazilian Footwear are the brands Arezzo, Bibi, Bottero, Brizza, Cartago, Cocco Miami, Ipanema, Melissa, Mini Melissa, Pampili, Pampili Mini, Pampili Teen, Pegada, Piccadilly, Rider, Schutz and Vicenza.
